Clinical

Our programs understand the importance of hands-on clinical experience in preparing our students for successful careers in radiologic technology. Our clinical programs are designed to provide our students with real-world experience in a range of healthcare settings, from hospitals to imaging centers. During their clinical rotations, our students work alongside experienced technologists and radiologists, learning how to operate state-of-the-art imaging equipment, communicate effectively with patients, and provide high-quality patient care. MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGING

Valley View School of Radiology offers a comprehensive MRI program that prepares students to become skilled MRI technologists. The program is designed to provide students with a thorough understanding of the principles and practices of magnetic resonance imaging, including image acquisition, data processing, and image interpretation. Through a combination of didactic coursework, hands-on clinical experience, and labs, students learn to operate state-of-the-art MRI equipment, identify and correct image artifacts, and provide high-quality patient care.

The MRI program at Valley View School of Radiology is led by experienced faculty who are committed to providing students with a supportive and engaging learning environment. The program includes both online didactic coursework and clinical rotations, which give students the opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills in a real-world setting. During their clinical rotations, students work alongside experienced technologists and radiologists, gaining practical experience in a range of MRI procedures and techniques. The program is geared towards working professionals looking to expand into the health care field.

Upon completion of the program, students are prepared to take the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) certification exam in MRI. Graduates of the program are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and values to become successful MRI technologists, and are well-prepared to enter the rapidly growing field of MRI.
